Please be careful when selecting and registering for the required service. An error in selecting the service will cancel your appointment in the electronic queue. To register, follow a few simple steps in the following order:
1. Select the consular service you wish to apply for.
2. Fill out the registration form according to the instructions, providing such information as: first name, last name, phone number, email address, as well as your country of residence. You should also select the date and time of your appointment.
3. Make sure you have all the necessary documents and that you meet the requirements for this consular service.
4. After entering the information correctly, you will receive a confirmation via SMS notification.

Please also remember that the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland does not use the services of intermediaries! Registration in the electronic queue is FREE OF CHARGE for all types of services.
When registering, please follow these rules:
Fill out all fields in the registration form and provide the details of the person who will be receiving consular services. Registration may be cancelled if the personal data provided during electronic queue registration does not match the actual personal information or the actual purpose of the visit.
If family members come to the registration desk and also wish to use consular services, each person must register separately.
If you are applying for several consular services at the same time, you must register for each service separately. You should select times that do not overlap with each other.
You cannot register the same person for the same service on different dates. Such registrations will be deleted by the administrator.
Registration using pseudonyms is not allowed. Such registrations will also be deleted by the administrator.
The Consulate General of Ukraine in Wrocław reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a registration, notifying the applicant using the contact details provided during registration. Therefore, please carefully check your email address.
